Osher presented a heartfelt story of his descent into depression, alcohol and drugs to an appreciative crowd of around 200 people at the Community Centre on Wednesday 16th October.
He eventually realised that in order for him to get better he had to face the reality that he had a mental illness – quite probably for life – and that in order to be able to carry on, he would have to seek help and support to overcome the various problems he had and face the probability that he might well be on medication for life.
