Last Friday night the Robinvale Euston Eagles travelled to Quandong Park at Red Cliffs to compete in a practice match against the Tigers. It would be fair to say that it was an interesting game. On arrival, players were taken aback to see that the centre of the oval was fenced off due to the cricket pitch. Finals for cricket will soon be underway. But! it did not appear to deter anyone as they took it all in their stride as it was apparent that they were really happy to compete, after a twelve-month layoff.
