Salami Makers Celebrate Success at the Great Murray River Festival

The aroma of tradition, friendly competition and the buzz of a local market filled the

air in Euston on Saturday, 8th November, as thousands gathered along the banks

of the Murray River for the Great Murray River Salami Festival 2025.
