Robinvale Celebrates Approvalof $1.5 Million Subway Store

In a triumph for developers and a boom for the Robinvale community, plans for a $1.5

million Subway store have this week received the green light from Swan Hill Council. The

proposal, situated on Latje Road, adjacent to Ritchies IGA supermarket, marks a significant

investment in the area’s economy and job market.

After facing initial opposition nearly six years ago over concerns regarding planning, zoning, and

neighbourhood character, developers persevered. The revised plan, submitted just over three months ago, strategically relocated the proposed Subway next to the

supermarket, addressing previous objections.
