Newly Elected Councillor Phillip Englefield Is Up for the Challenge

Good news for Robinvale, Manangatang, Boundary Bend, Wemen, and their surrounding districts—they once again have a Swan Hill Rural City Councillor in their midst. Although the Swan Hill Rural City Council abolished the Ward system, it’s encouraging for residents in these towns to have one of their own representing them.
