Local Who Are You: Franceso Garreffa

The Robinvale Sentinel is pleased to bring back our popular Local Who Are You? segment, shining a spotlight on the people who help make our district such a vibrant and connected community.

This week, we are proud to feature long-time Euston local Francesco “Frank” Garreffa, who has called the district home since September 1957 after moving from Happy Valley, a year before marrying his beloved wife Vincenza. Frank’s story is deeply woven into the fabric of our region, having arrived in Australia from Italy as a young teenager in search of opportunity.
