BRRR….. THE ROBINVALE EUSTONFOOTBALL CLUB TAKE THE SLIDE

What does BRRR mean? It’s an exclamation often used to suggest shivering, and that was

exactly the case for the very brave participants who took the plunge into an ice bath during last Saturday’s game between South Mildura and Robinvale Euston. In fact, there were so many willing to take the icy dip that the event was run in two shifts: the first before the Seniors match began, and the second during the half-time break.

The Robinvale Euston Football Netball Club is to be congratulated for their outstanding effort

in attracting donations. At the time of going to print, more than $6,000 had been raised, an

impressive amount, especially considering the short time frame.
