Ben Welch Completes The 444 Run, Raising $550,000 for Headspace

For those who have been following Ben Welch’s inspiring journey, his mission to raise funds and awareness for mental health through The 444 Run has now reached an incredible milestone. Running from Mildura to Echuca, completing the equivalent of nine marathons, Ben set off at 4.44am on Monday and crossed the finish line at 4.44pm on Friday.
