• All downloads are provided for personal use only

• Files may include PDF editions, special publications, or supplements

• Once a file has been downloaded, it is considered “delivered”

We cannot guarantee compatibility with all devices or software.

2. Access to Online Content

Subscription-based content may include access to:

• Current newspaper editions

• Archived editions

• Exclusive online articles or features

Access is provided for the duration of your active subscription. We reserve the right to modify or update content at any time.

3. Returns & Refunds (Digital Products)

Due to the nature of digital content:

• We generally do not offer refunds once a download or digital access has been provided

• Refunds may be considered only in special circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Technical errors preventing access

  • Incorrect billing

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team.

4. Subscription Cancellations

• Access will continue until the end of the current billing period

• We aim to resolve issues promptly within 1–2 business days

• Returns will only be accepted if the item is faulty or damaged

• Proof of purchase may be required

• Return requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe
